Description	This session manages queries and sequencing to create "smart" dynamic catalogs. A `ProcessConstrainerEnablerQuery` can be retrieved from this session and mapped to this `Office` to create a virtual collection of `ProcessConstrainerEnablers`. The process constrainer enablers may be sequenced using the `ProcessConstrainerEnablerSearchOrder` from this session. This `Office` has a default query that matches any process constrainer enabler and a default search order that specifies no sequencing. The queries may be examined using a `ProcessConstrainerEnablerQueryInspector`. The query may be modified by converting the inspector back to a ProcessConstrainerEnablerQuery.
