OSID Statements

Meta	OSID Statements
Description	Compliance statements are used to indicate what an OSID Provider must implement.
Statements	`mandatory`	The OSID method must be implemented.
	`optional`	The OSID method may return an `UNIMPLEMENTED` error in lieu of an implementation. The OSID method should define a boolean test to determine if the method is implemented.
	`new`	The OSID method is new.
	`deprecated`	The OSID method has been removed.
