Interface	osid.voting.batch.RaceBatchForm
Implements	`osid.voting.RaceForm`
Description	This is the form for creating and updating races in bulk. Like all `OsidForm` objects, various data elements may be set here for use in the create and update methods in the `RaceBatchAdminSession.` For each data element that may be set, metadata may be examined to provide display hints or data constraints.
Method	getBallotId
Description	Gets the `Ballot` of the race if this is a create transaction.
Return	`osid.id.Id`	the ballot `Id`
Errors	ILLEGAL_STATE	`isForUpdate()` is `true`

Description	Gets the `Id` of the race to be updated if this is an update transaction.
