Description	This is the session for evaluating agendas.

Description	Gets the `Engine` `Id` associated with this session.
Return	`osid.id.Id`		the `Engine Id` associated with this session

Description	Gets the `Engine` associated with this session.
Return	`osid.rules.Engine`		the engine
Errors	OPERATION_FAILED		unable to complete request

Method	canEvaluate
Description	Tests if this user can perform evaluations. A return of true does not guarantee successful authorization. A return of false indicates that it is known all methods in this session will result in a `PERMISSION_DENIED.` This is intended as a hint to an application that may not offer lookup operations to unauthorized users.
Return	`boolean`		`false` if agenda methods are not authorized, `true` otherwise

Method	getCondition
Description	Gets the `Condition` to supply data to the evaluation. The condition supplies all the records aligning with the inputs of the `Check` rules.

Errors	NOT_FOUND		`agendaId` is not found
