Description	The Price Rules OSID includes rules services to manage rules applied to `Prices`. PriceEnabler Rule A `PriceEnabler` is an `OsidRule` that operates the enabling and disabling of a `Price` through management of the `Price` effective dates. A `PriceEnabler` may modify the effective dates of an `Price` to make them effective at a fture time or expire them. A `PriceEnabler` that resurrects an expired `Price` may create a new `Price` with new effective dates to preserve the audit trail of effective `Prices`. Store Cataloging `PriceEnablers` are also cataloged in `Stores`.
