Implements	`osid.OsidEnablerForm`
Description	This is the form for creating and updating `SignalEnablers.` Like all `OsidForm` objects, various data elements may be set here for use in the create and update methods in the `SignalEnablerAdminSession.` For each data element that may be set, metadata may be examined to provide display hints or data constraints.
Method	getSignalEnablerFormRecord
Description	Gets the `SignalEnablerFormRecord` corresponding to the given signal enabler record `Type.`
Parameters	`osid.type.Type`	`signalEnablerRecordType`	a signal enabler record type
Return	`osid.mapping.path.rules.records.SignalEnablerFormRecord`		the signal enabler form record
