Description	The Financials Budgeting OSID manages budgets. Budgets A `Budget` relates an `Activity` to a `FiscalPeriod` and is composed of `BudgetEntries`. BudgetEntries A `BudgetEntry` is an OsidRelationship relating a `Budget` to a general ledger `Account`. The `BudgetEntry` includes the amount budgeted. Business Cataloging `Budgets` and `BudgetEntries` can be organized into federateble `Businesses`. Sub Packages The Financials Budgeting OSID includes a Financials Budgeting Batch OSID to manage budgets inbulk.

The Financials Budgeting OSID manages budgets.
