Description	Gets the `InputEnablerList` resulting from a search.
Return	`osid.control.rules.InputEnablerList`		the input enabler list
Errors	ILLEGAL_STATE		list has already been retrieved

Method	getInputEnablerQueryInspector
Description	Gets the inspector for the query to examine the terms used in the search.
Return	`osid.control.rules.InputEnablerQueryInspector`		the input enabler query inspector

Method	getInputEnablerSearchResultsRecord
Description	Gets the input enabler search results record corresponding to the given input enabler search record `Type.` This method must be used to retrieve an object implementing the requested record.
