Description	This is the form for creating and updating action groups. Like all `OsidForm` objects, various data elements may be set here for use in the create and update methods in the `ActionGroupAdminSession`. For each data element that may be set, metadata may be examined to provide display hints or data constraints.

Description	Gets the `ActionGroupFormRecord` corresponding to the given action group record `Type`.
Parameters	`osid.type.Type`	`actionGroupRecordType`	an action group record type
Return	`osid.control.records.ActionGroupFormRecord`		the action group form record
Errors	NULL_ARGUMENT		`actionGroupRecordType` is `null`
