Interface	osid.communication.CommunicationReceiver
Implements	`osid.OsidReceiver`
Description	The communication receiver is the consumer supplied interface for receiving notifications pertaining to new communiques and messages. Like all `OsidReceivers`, notifications are delivered to `CommunicationReceiver` serially and a receiver method is not invoked again until any previous invocation has returned.
Method	newCommunique
Description	The callback for notifications of new communiques.
Parameters	`osid.communication.Communique`	`communique`	a communique
Compliance	`mandatory`		This method must be implemented.
