Interface	osid.cataloging.rules.CatalogEnablerForm
Implements	`osid.OsidEnablerForm`
Description	This is the form for creating and updating `CatalogEnablers.` Like all `OsidForm` objects, various data elements may be set here for use in the create and update methods in the `CatalogEnablerAdminSession.` For each data element that may be set, metadata may be examined to provide display hints or data constraints.
Method	getCatalogEnablerFormRecord
Description	Gets the `CatalogEnablerFormRecord` corresponding to the given catalog enabler record `Type.`
Parameters	`osid.type.Type`	`catalogEnablerRecordType`	a catalog enabler record type
Return	`osid.cataloging.rules.records.CatalogEnablerFormRecord`		the catalog enabler form record
Errors	NULL_ARGUMENT		`catalogEnablerRecordType` is `null`
